Gift certificates are sold as unique digital codes and are only available as email. They are not physical gift cards.

REDEEMABILITY

Vouchers can be redeemed for all products offered on my website and can also be used for commissions.

The voucher can only be redeemed before completing the order process. A subsequent offset is not possible.

Several vouchers can be redeemed per order.

REMAINING AMOUNT

When using a voucher, the full value is always redeemed. Gift vouchers cannot be partially redeemed. This is only possible if the total amount of the order is lower than the value of the voucher. The remaining balance will be displayed after entering the voucher code at checkout.

PAYOUT & REFUND

Voucher credit is neither paid out in cash nor does it earn interest.

The voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in full or in part with the voucher within the scope of his statutory right of revocation.

VALIDITY

The voucher is valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

TRANSFERABILITY

The voucher is transferable to other people.
